Wait, what’s Spicewood City Limits?

We’re getting married and instead of a ceremony we want to invite our friends and family to a fun weekend in the Texas hill country from September 29th to October 1st of 2023.

We’d love it if you joined us for the full weekend or even just for a day!

Where is it?

It’ll be at a cool Summer camp (okay, it’s a Girl Scout camp) about 45 minutes outside of Austin on Lake Travis.

What’s the camp like?

The camp has all (most) of the comforts of home.

Should I bring a sleeping bag?

Yes, if you plan to spend the night you should bring a sleeping bag or a set of sheets!

Will there be bathrooms?

Yes, there are bathrooms and showers.

Should we dress up?

No, it’s pretty casual. Wear whatever you’d be comfortable wearing to a Summer camp.

Is there a beach?

There’s a rocky beach and a giant pool so bring your swimming gear.

Are we sleeping in buildings?

Yes, there are air conditioned dorms and cabins. But there are also tents if you’re feeling adventurous.

Will I make new friends?

Yeah you better.

Will there be animals?

Yeah probably.

Drinks?

We will have food and drinks at the camp! Per Girl Scout rules the only alcohol we can provide is beer and wine, but if you want to bring something else to drink go right ahead!
